Alt plus shall provide a 100% refund if for some reason you did not like the product. Your satisfaction is paramount. Returns are easy and should be within 15 days of delivery.
Procedure
We provide you the flexibility to return online or at our retail shops irrespective of where you purchased the product. i.e. returns for website purchase can be made through website or at our stores and vice versa.
Kindly share the tags & the products in its original condition at the time of collection.
Upon completion of the above, Alt plus shall initiate the verification process.
While Alt plus believes in putting the customer’s needs first, it might be possible that, under some circumstances, if the return criteria is not satisfactorily met then the return can be put on hold until further clarifications.
Upon verification from the Alt plus team, the refund shall be initiated to the source account within 24 hours of approval.
Timeline – Return can be raised after 3 days from the date of the delivery.
